Krishna Bipin Mehta holds PhD in Law with the specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights. Her research mainly revolved around Software Patent. She has hands-on experience of training people for patent drafting and trademark filings. She has wide experience of more than thirteen years of litigation and academics. 

Her interests include developing and exploring different pedagogies for meaningful class engagement. She recently cleared the WIPO-HARVARD Law School First Edition course on Patent and Global Public Health Also, Krishna is Adjunct Professor at Ahmedabad University and Adani University. As a visiting faculty/guest faculty, she is also engaged with various universities Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Nirma University, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad Management Association, and many more. 

She is a member of the Ethics Committee at L M Pharmacy College. She is a certified trainer of Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace law (POSH law trainer) 

In 2012, she worked as Chief Minister Fellow under the able leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, then Chief Minister of Gujarat and suggested remarkable suggestions to the Administrative Reforms Department, Government of Gujarat. 

She is passionate about connecting theory and practical aspects while teaching intellectual property rights and empowers the trainees with hands-on skills. She has her own legal consultancy which majorly deals in drafting contracts, family matters and IP filings. 

Her hobbies include photography and creative writing and she has a blog "Connecting Souls” in her name. 

Belonging to a family of academicians and lawyers, Krishna is rooted with strong family values and is living life on the principles of Jainism and follows the teachings of Bhagwan Mahavir and Bhagwan Parshvanath.
