Welcome to the world of Academician and Legal Consultant Krishna Bipin Mehta, who holds PhD in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights(IPR), and a wide experience of more than thirteen years in legal consultancy and academics.
Her expertise includes procuring IPs for clients, drafting Contracts, and Confidential Agreements.
She is associated with various Universities as an Adjunct Professor and considers herself a passionate teacher.
She is a PoSH Trainer and is conducting various PoSH awareness sessions for educational institutions and corporates. She is also an External Member to various companies' Internal Committees. Since 2024, she has been empanelled as one of the PoSH Trainers by the Gender Resource Center and Gujarat Legal Services Authority, which is instrumental in training staff members of the Gujarat High Court.

Gender Resource Centre, Government of Gujarat in collaboration with Gujarat State Legal Services Authority and Internal Committee of Gujarat launched one year long campaign on Gender Sensitisation for court staff. It is happy moment that Dr. Krishna Bipin Mehta was invited by Gender Resource Centre as one of the PoSh Trainer. The Chief Justice felicitated all the trainers who will be conducting training under this campaign. It was (and is still) a very proud moment to share a lunch table where Madam Justice deliberated and discussed her ideas to implement this campaign. She shared her experiences as a young judge while dealing with such cases and how she insisted to have this campaign across various cadre of Gujarat High courts. It was amazing to see that during this launch, representatives from all stakeholders - lawyers, court staff, judges etc were invited to share their thoughts on how to bring more gender sensitivity amongst court staff.
